Learning to Talk For too long, I stayed silent, bottling up my struggles. Opening up and sharing my feelings was the first step to relieving the pressure. Talking doesn’t make you weak—it’s a sign of strength.

Aiming Higher When stress weighs you down, you can feel stuck. But I realised I still had goals. I pushed myself to believe in my potential again and shot for the stars instead of settling.

Reframing My Mind I used to see setbacks as failures. Through mindset coaching, I learned to reframe challenges as opportunities for growth. This mental shift helped me turn obstacles into stepping stones.
